Hi, I’m Kayode Adekoya, a proud family man, real estate professional, and passionate advocate for helping people find a place they can truly call home.
I’m a husband and dad to two amazing kids, a daughter and a son, who keep life joyful, busy, and always full of purpose. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me riding my bike, watching movies with my family, or chatting with someone new. I genuinely enjoy meeting people and learning about different cultures and perspectives.
My name, Kayode, means “he who brings joy,” and I try to live that out every day. Whether that’s through the energy I bring to a client meeting or the satisfaction of helping someone feel at home in a new space.
My journey into real estate wasn’t accidental. I grew up in a home where it was more than just a conversation, it was our lifestyle. My father, a civil engineer and builder, exposed me early to the world of homes, construction, and development. Real estate quickly became second nature to me, and the only other trade I’ve ever truly known apart from being a finance professional.
After moving to Canada, I personally experienced the challenges many newcomers and even long-time residents face when trying to rent or buy a home. Navigating the market here can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. That’s why I do what I do.
Today, I help individuals, couples, families, and investors confidently make informed real estate decisions. Whether that’s buying, selling, or leasing. I also work with clients looking to diversify into international markets like Dubai, where I lead sales and strategy for a boutique real estate firm.
Real estate isn’t just a profession for me. It’s personal. I get genuine joy from seeing clients light up when they get the keys to their new home or close a deal that brings them closer to their goals. If you’re navigating your own housing journey, I’d love to be part of it.
Let’s make your next move a confident one.
